The odor of the omega-3 makes me nauseous when opening the jar. I have been holding my nose and throwing away the omega-3 capsules. Andrew, please bring back the blended formula. I thought about switching to a double-dose of the Essentials since it doesn't contain the liquid caps, but from all the reports I have read, that would cause me to be taking much more than the maximum of 1,000 mcg of folic acid that my doctor said I should have.         More energy-Fewer colds   7/20/2008 7:09:38 AM By Barbara , NY   I have been taking these vitamins for a few years and have realized that I no longer am plagued by winter colds. Living in the Northeast, this is a very good reason for continuing with the Elite. I also find at 60 that I have a good energy level despite a very busy life. I stopped taking them and got very sick with a hard cold that wouldn't be shaken. It cost less to take the vitamins than the doctor trips and medicine, I feel better and I have a security about the contents.It's nice that it's figured out for me!
